HabiTerre details new capabilities and a sharper focus for SYMFONI+™, its orchestration platform for agricultural sustainability programs, addressing the data, execution, confidence, and scale gaps still limiting the industry.

As agriculture’s sustainability priorities evolve toward greater supply chain resilience and risk management, the industry’s challenge is shifting from ambition to execution. At its core is HabiTerre’s agricultural science intelligence, built on advanced biogeochemical modeling, AI, remote sensing, and field-level data harmonization.  SYMFONI+’s core science and technology were developed through the University of Illinois’ $10 million ARPA-E-funded SMARTFARM projects and licensed to HabiTerre in 2022. HabiTerre’s broader technology foundation builds on more than $50 million in R&D investment to date. The ecosys biogeochemical model, validated by the Climate Action Reserve, provides a rigorous foundation for quantifying greenhouse gas emissions and soil carbon change. Additional capabilities extend beyond carbon to support outcomes across water, biodiversity, soil health, and agricultural productivity.

This scientific foundation is paired with program design expertise that translates standards, guidelines, and reporting requirements into programs that are credible, practical to implement, and easier to manage and participate in.
